Franchisee Rules for Oxygen Ase Institute

Welcome to Oxygen Ase Institute franchise program! These Franchisee Rules govern the relationship between Oxygen Ase Institute and its franchisees. 1. Compliance with Franchise Agreement:

2. Branding and Marketing:
2.1. You agree to use the Oxygen Ase Institute brand name, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property only as authorized by Oxygen Ase Institute and in accordance with the branding guidelines provided to you.
2.2. You agree to participate in marketing and promotional activities as required by Oxygen Ase Institute, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, promotional events, and social media marketing efforts.
3. Training and Support:
3.1. Oxygen Ase Institute will provide initial training and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure the successful operation of their franchise businesses.
3.2. You agree to participate in all training programs provided by Oxygen Ase Institute and to ensure that your staff members receive adequate training to perform their duties effectively.
4. Product Quality and Service Standards:
4.1. You agree to maintain high standards of product quality and service at all times, consistent with the standards established by Oxygen Ase Institute.
4.2. You agree to use only approved suppliers and vendors for the purchase of products, equipment, and supplies used in your franchise business, as specified by Oxygen Ase Institute.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
5.1. You agree to provide regular reports and updates to Oxygen Ase Institute regarding the operation of your franchise business, including financial reports, sales data, and any operational issues or concerns.
5.2. You agree to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to your franchise business, including but not limited to business licensing, health and safety regulations, and taxation obligations.
6. Fees and Royalties:
6.1. You agree to pay all franchise fees, royalties, and other fees specified in the franchise agreement in a timely manner, as outlined by Oxygen Ase Institute.
6.2. You acknowledge that failure to pay franchise fees or royalties may result in the termination of the franchise agreement and the forfeiture of your rights as a franchisee.
7. Termination and Renewal:
7.1. Oxygen Ase Institute reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement with any franchisee who fails to comply with these Franchisee Rules or the terms of the franchise agreement.
7.2. Franchise agreements may be renewed at the discretion of Oxygen Ase Institute, subject to the satisfaction of renewal criteria and the negotiation of updated terms and conditions.
8. Confidentiality:
8.1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and confidential business information provided to you by Oxygen Ase Institute, both during and after the term of the franchise agreement.
